Rooted Embrace Arts Creative Therapy is a dramatherapy service that encourages an inclusive approach. Sessions are person centred and therefore are adapted to each individual, or groups needs. We believe in cultivating what clients arrive with, through activities that promote connection to what makes us thrive and to live the best possible quality of life.

Nikita Constant - Dramatherapist
Nikita, company director of Rooted Embrace Arts Creative Therapy is a qualified Drama and movement therapist. Her focus embraces individuals cultural roots, connecting parts of ourselves that make us who we are. Cultural involving: Our race, religion, family, beliefs, traditions and neurodiversity. Rooted Embrace Arts Creative Therapy uses the creative Arts in dramatherapy to find connection, and bring about a feeling of belonging, home, and promote healthy, positive emotional expression for growth and development.
